Case History:

A 43 year old lady presented with a subcutaneous firm mass overlying the upper part of the nasal bones. ACE normal and overlying skin uninvolved.

Ae1/AE3, SOX10, synaptophysin, Desmin, CD34 and SMA showed no evidence of neoplasia.
