Case History:

61 years old female presented with a right breast mass at 3 o clock position. She had a history of Chemo-radiation and MRM in 2017 due to breast carcinoma. Her CECT showed a large well defined heterogenously enhancing mass in right anteromedial chest wall concerning for recurrent disease. USG guided core needle biopsy was performed.
