Case Description

A few details

History:

A 47-year-old woman presented with a 6-month history of worsening shortness of breath, persistent dry cough, intermittent fever, and unintentional weight loss (6 kg). She has 15yr history of adult-onset asthma. She also complained of tingling and numbness in both feet, recurrent episodes of sinus congestion, and migratory joint pains. High-resolution CT (HRCT) chest demonstrates bilateral peripheral patchy consolidations, Multiple transient pulmonary infiltrates and Small bilateral pleural effusions.
